The ZEN WRAP is designed to wrap comfortably 3-6 times around your wrist depending on wrist size. It is one size fits all.  Just keep wrapping to your comfort.

Add essential oils of your choice directly to the fabric for highest level extended diffusing power. 

100% machine washable. air dry.  Remove the gemstone bar and all charms before washing.  If you are going to machine wash this item, we suggest using a net bag.
