It’s the start of a new year and a new decade, so you know what that means…time for a little reflection and planning, so we can all crush our goals and be victorious in 2020! Come join us in fine tuning our 2020 vision, while being creative at the same time! Choose your “word of intent” for the year, and learn how to beautifully letter your special word onto a chalkboard, creating a one-of-a-kind keepsake and reminder of your intention for the year.
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
- Write out letters and words in three basic lettering styles
- Draw floral embellishments & banners to complement your lettering
- Design, finish and polish a chalk art project, focusing on your word of intention
We will dive into basic lettering styles and Lisa will teach you her top lettering tips & tricks to make your work look fabulous!
By the end of this workshop, you’ll have the skills to create your own style of lettered art for chalk boards, menu boards, home or office décor, gift tags, cards, or even an upcoming wedding! The possibilities are endless!
All materials for the workshop will be provided and you will leave with your personal chalk lettering starter kit, plus the inspiration and know-how to continue your hand lettering practice at home. What you'll get:
